A personal journey at Texel

If you are looking for some real quality time with yourself and if you want to learn more about the relationship between how you move and how you feel, than join us in July in our journey around the chakras, on one of the beautiful island of the Netherlands, Texel.
Do you know that your body can help you in getting a grip on your emotions? Or that you can do exercises that will help you in getting more disciplined or building up confidence? So for example if you want to work on your condition, if you want to eat more healthy, or if you want to learn to deal with your anger, moving your body can help you with it.
In this weekend we will combine yoga and psychology, we will practice and talk a bit about theory, personal attention in the body talks with Ester and of course you will have time for yourself. For reflection and to enjoy the surroundings. On one of the beautiful island of the Netherlands, Texel.

Early yoga session, breakfast, sharing, exercises, body talks, free time (enough time to enjoy the lovely island), end of the day session about how to use your voice,
